Online Therapeutic Yoga for Stress and Trauma led by DD Travers, SNP, RYT-500, CCTP-II.
Classes are infused with Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga teachings.
DD may sprinkle in neuroscience, anatomy, and physiology of the body, as well as metaphors, symbolism, and analogies, to enhance knowledge and understanding of the mind-body connection.
Classes are gentle and dynamic, with modifications and variations to meet you where they are.
Recommended Props: Yoga mats, blankets, pillows, straps, and other items for comfort.
Series runs for 12 weeks via Zoom with a 5% discount = $285 per person
