As Needed or Followup Sessions

In Latin, PRN is "pro re nata," translating to "as the need arises."

This abbreviation is commonly utilized in nursing or medical settings to introduce flexibility in scheduling and interventions, which aligns with our values. By incorporating PRN into our practice, we aim to empower clients by offering them more agency and choice over session needs.

The PRN session is a one-time session that can be used for the Introductory Session or Follow-up sessions as needed. PRN sessions are not recommended for initial coaching or therapy sessions, so we created package sessions.

In-person, online, or hybrid

  • One-time Introductory Session: $150 (25% discount)

  • Follow-up Sessions as needed: $200
