Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.

You will be charged the full session fee if you miss your appointment without prior notice.

We understand that emergencies can arise. If you have an unavoidable circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
